No.1 was built in the heart of Mannheim’s Glücksteinquartier development area, right next to the main railway station and only a few minutes’ walk from the city centre: a 55-metre-long high-rise with 15 storeys, a low-rise building with six storeys and an inner courtyard. A total area of 19,000 square metres of high-quality hotel, office, retail and gastronomy space was thus created.
